I. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager for Archival Document Arrangement and Digitization Services is responsible for developing clients and driving revenue for archival document arrangement, file classification, filing, organization, and digitization services in compliance with current archival regulations and professional standards, specifically:
· Identify, approach, and develop clients with needs for document arrangement and digitization services.
· Assess client requirements and coordinate preliminary evaluation of project workload.
· Advise and introduce appropriate service solutions tailored to each client/organization.
· Participate in preparing company profiles and bidding documents for service-related tenders.
· Negotiate, finalize contracts, and monitor the signing process.
· Coordinate with the PM and relevant departments during project implementation to ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled.
· Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients; develop long-term partnerships.
· Report business performance periodically to the Management Board.
· Participate in developing marketing strategies and promoting services.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Archival Studies or related fields).
· Archival Practice Certificate is an advantage.
· English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above.
2. Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in archival management, document digitization, or B2B service sales.
3. Skills
· Consulting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to prepare bidding documents and company capability profiles.
· Client development and customer relationship management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Attitude
· Proactive, dynamic, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
