JOB DESCRIPTION

Gift Experience Specialist

1. Job Objective

Responsible for ideating, consulting, and delivering experiential gifting solutions that elevate brand perception and create memorable emotional impressions for customers, partners, and internal employees.


2. Key Responsibilities

a. Ideation & Gift Concept Development

  • Research campaign objectives, customer insights, and brand context to propose creative, distinctive gift ideas.

  • Develop gift concepts aligned with brand identity, emotional value, and recipient experience.

  • Propose suitable materials, designs, colors, messages, and packaging tailored for each audience segment.

b. Gift Product Design & Development

  • Collaborate with the design team to finalize mockups, gift boxes, tags, cards, and packaging to ensure high aesthetics and a premium unboxing experience.

  • Work with suppliers to select products, accessories, and materials that meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

  • Supervise production, assembly, and packaging to ensure consistency with brand standards and experience expectations.

c. Gifting Consultancy & Project Implementation

  • Serve as the key consultant to clients/enterprises on gift sets that match their needs and preferences, with a focus on personalized gifting (engraving, custom messages, color palettes, stylistic tailoring).

  • Build end-to-end “gift experiences” aligned with customer journeys such as onboarding gifts, appreciation gifts, festive gifts, birthday gifts, and milestone branding.

  • Propose innovative delivery and interaction formats (QR messages, video cards, emotion cards, handwritten notes, sound boxes, digital gifting, etc.).

d. Gift Service Operations & Management

  • Manage budgeting, ordering processes, cost control, and utilization of gifting resources.

  • Monitor recipient feedback, gather emotional responses, and analyze campaign effectiveness.

  • Propose improvements for a “Gift as a Service” model—positioning gifting as a core part of the brand experience.

 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Brand Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate gifting, creative agencies, branding, product design, or premium customer service.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to create concepts and craft visual–verbal emotional storytelling.

  • Solid understanding of design aesthetics, gifting trends, materials, packaging, and gift UX.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and teamwork skills.

  • Experience working with suppliers, negotiating, and ensuring product quality control.

  • Detail-oriented, refined sense of aesthetics, and strong customer experience mindset.
