Viettel Customer Service Company has officially been approved to add “Document Digitization and Editing” to its business lines.
In alignment with the Government’s policy of promoting national digital transformation under Resolution No. 57/NQ-CP, Viettel Customer Service Company (Viettel Customer Service) has officially been approved to add “Document Digitization and Editing” to its registered business activities.
This is an important step forward, opening up a new business domain built on Viettel Customer Service’s core strengths in technology and data governance, while affirming the unit’s role in the journey toward building a digital, modern, and efficient administrative system.
The document digitization and editing services of Viettel Customer Service are implemented in full compliance with regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the State Records and Archives Department.
Document digitization complies with Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BNV, which stipulates input data standards and requirements for the preservation of electronic archival documents.
The editing and arrangement of records and documents are carried out in accordance with Government Decree No. 30/2020/ND-CP, which regulates clerical work, the creation and submission of records and documents to agency archives.
These activities help agencies, organizations, and enterprises standardize information management processes, convert paper-based documents into electronic data, thereby enhancing readiness for digital transformation and ensuring transparency and data interoperability.
Being licensed for the field of “Document Digitization and Editing” not only carries legal significance but also marks an important transformation of Viettel Customer Service—from a customer service provider to a digital services enterprise—opening up a new and highly potential development space.
With advantages in technology, specialized human resources, and experience in implementing large-scale data projects, Viettel Customer Service is ready to accompany the Government, organizations, and enterprises in the mission of building a digital Vietnam.
Deputy Director Pham Thi Thanh Van discusses with provinces the orientation for deploying document digitization and editing services.
