JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Client Acquisition & Development
Identify potential customers through channels such as phone calls, email, social media, and other lead sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Analyze customer needs and propose suitable contact center service solutions.
2. Consulting & Sales
Provide consultation on the company’s contact center services, including features, benefits, and value-added solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, contracts, and other service-related documents.
Negotiate and persuade customers to finalize agreements and sign contracts.
3. Customer Care
Follow up and support customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction with the service.
Handle customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Update and report business performance to management on a regular basis.
Analyze the market and competitors to recommend effective business strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in telecommunications, technology, or contact center services is an advantage.
Preference for candidates with similar experience in units under the Viettel Group.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Effective presentation and persuasion abilities.
Good time management and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attitude
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
