JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Client Acquisition & Development

  • Identify potential customers through channels such as phone calls, email, social media, and other lead sources.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Analyze customer needs and propose suitable contact center service solutions.

2. Consulting & Sales

  • Provide consultation on the company’s contact center services, including features, benefits, and value-added solutions.

  • Prepare and present quotations, contracts, and other service-related documents.

  • Negotiate and persuade customers to finalize agreements and sign contracts.

3. Customer Care

  • Follow up and support customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction with the service.

  • Handle customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Update and report business performance to management on a regular basis.

  • Analyze the market and competitors to recommend effective business strategies.

 


REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in telecommunications, technology, or contact center services is an advantage.

  • Preference for candidates with similar experience in units under the Viettel Group.

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Effective presentation and persuasion abilities.

  • Good time management and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Attitude

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.

  • Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
