JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Marketing Planning & Execution

Develop strategic Digital Marketing and integrated Marketing plans aligned with business goals (branding, traffic, lead generation, conversion, revenue). Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns across Website, Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, LinkedIn, Viber, Email, Mobile, Affiliate, and more.

• Performance Marketing Operations & Optimization

Run and optimize ads on Google (Search, GDN, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Zalo, and relevant ad platforms. Manage tracking systems: GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel, UTMs, MMP. Conduct A/B testing, optimize creative/content, and improve cost per lead/conversion.

• Media & Platform Management

Manage and coordinate operations of fanpage, website, app, and landing pages. Work closely with the content/video team to produce and launch multi-format assets.

• Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance metrics (Impressions, Reach, CPM, CPC, CR, CPL, ROI…). Extract insights from GA4, Ads Manager, TikTok, CRM, and other tools. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.

• Funnel Optimization & User Experience

Understand customer journeys and optimize conversion flows across key touchpoints. Improve basic UX/UI for web, app, forms, and user paths.

• Market & Platform Insights

Stay updated on user behavior trends and platform algorithm changes to refine strategy.

 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Expertise

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on multi-channel Digital Marketing experience (preferred industries: finance, banking, telecom, tech, e-commerce, marketing agencies).

  • Proven experience planning and executing large-scale digital campaigns.

  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and tracking/heatmap tools.

  • Experience in SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Mobile, Affiliate, etc.

  • Knowledge or experience in UX/UI, websites, A/B testing, marketing automation, and MMP.

Skills

  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret user insights, behaviors, and trends.

  • Budget management and campaign performance evaluation.

  • Ability to write briefs, ideate, and propose communication concepts.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and independent working skills.

  • Logical thinking, proactive mindset, ability to work under high pressure.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred.

  • Strong understanding of digital/mobile user behavior.

  • Marketing/social media network is a plus.

  • Fast learner, growth mindset, proactive, responsible, adaptable.

  • Customer-oriented thinking.
