JOB DESCRIPTION 

International Business Executive

1. International Business Development

  • Conduct research on global market trends, competitors, and customer service-related industries (Customer Service Outsourcing, Contact Center, CX Solutions, AI/Automation, etc.) in targeted regions.

  • Identify, reach out to, and build networks with potential B2B partners and clients.

  • Propose market entry strategies, develop business plans, and tailor products/services to fit specific market needs.

2. Sales Management & Execution

  • Conduct sales outreach, consultations, and solution presentations for international clients on CX, Contact Center, and BPO services.

  • Negotiate, finalize, and monitor contracts, ensuring service quality, timely delivery, and achievement of revenue targets.

3. Client & Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with global clients, agents, distributors, and business partners.

  • Attend international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the Viettel brand and expand global business networks.

4. Reporting

  • Track business performance and prepare periodic reports for department leaders and the Executive Board.

 


REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, International Business, Outsourcing, Telecom, Customer Experience, or IT Services.

  • Prefer candidates with experience in international markets or an established network of global partners.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5+ / TOEIC 700+); additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or French are an advantage.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and professional reporting skills.

  • Ability to conduct market analysis, develop business plans, and work independently in multicultural environments.

  • Understanding of omnichannel customer experience, AI technologies, chatbots, and cloud contact center solutions is a plus.
