The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models to solve real-world problems such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, product recommendation, and data analytics. The role also involves providing technical mentoring to team members and ensuring effective model deployment.
Job Description
In the role of Senior AI Engineer, you will work closely with AI Researchers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to research and develop AI models that address real business problems in the customer service domain. Key responsibilities include:
Design, build, and optimize Machine Learning / Deep Learning models for real-world applications such as Callbots, Chatbots, and AutoCall systems.
Deploy AI models as API services to integrate into software systems.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to clearly understand business problems and develop appropriate solutions.
Research, evaluate, and apply new AI techniques to improve product quality.
Ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI models.
Mentor and train other AI engineers; support code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Participate in building MLOps processes, model versioning, and efficient model reuse.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML.
Proficient in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
Experience deploying AI models for real-world applications (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.).
Understanding of integrating AI models into systems (RESTful APIs, Docker, Microservices, etc.).
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in teams.
Good communication skills, especially when working with non-technical teams.
English proficiency: TOEIC ≥ 550 or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MLOps: MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and model monitoring.
Experience working in large-scale AI product development environments.
Research publications, technical blogs, or awards in AI/Kaggle competitions are a plus.
