Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Archival Studies, Records and Archives Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the archival field, with hands-on experience in at least one archival document arrangement and processing project/contract.
Preferred: Candidates holding a professional archival practice certificate in document digitization in accordance with the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 or Law on Archives No. 33/2024/QH15.
Strong knowledge of archival arrangement and processing of paper-based records; good understanding of the Law on Archives and current relevant regulations, particularly procedures and economic-technical norms for processing paper-based archival documents.
Ability to conduct surveys and develop archival arrangement plans; provide guidance on classification, file formation, indexing, retention period determination, systematization, statistics, and quality control of processed records.
Experience in organizing and managing personnel involved in archival document arrangement and processing; ability to develop work plans, allocate workloads, assign tasks, and monitor productivity, progress, and deliverable quality.
Ability to organize quality inspections, error correction, and internal acceptance before handover to customers.
Preferred: Candidates with experience as a Project Manager, Archival Processing Team Leader, or Archival Operations Lead in archival document arrangement and processing projects for government agencies, organizations, or enterprises.
