During the project implementation process, the Viettel Customer Service team directly supports issues related to accounts, login, OTP, user authorization, data synchronization, and system-generated errors.
In addition to technical support, VCX also collaborates with related units to review operational information, support business procedures, verify notification content, and collect user feedback during the use of the iHaNoi platform.
