Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT, particularly in document digitization, system implementation, or business analysis.
Hands-on experience in managing, providing technical support, analyzing requirements, or coordinating the implementation of at least one document digitization project/contract, archival digitization project, or document database development project.
Ability to conduct surveys, collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements; develop processes, implementation plans, and project documentation.
Good understanding of archival document digitization processes and relevant legal regulations.
Understanding of key digitization stages, including document preparation, scanning, image processing/OCR, data standardization, metadata creation, quality control, digital signing, data packaging, backup, and handover.
Ability to coordinate effectively among business units, customers, and technical teams; monitor and manage requirements throughout project implementation.
Knowledge of or experience with digitization software, document management systems, databases, and requirement/project management tools.
Strong skills in planning, progress tracking, change management, risk identification, and problem-solving.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Candidates holding a professional archival practice certificate in document digitization, or with experience as a Business Analyst or in digital transformation project implementation, are preferred.
