JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Product Development Execution
Implement product development activities.
Execute product development plans based on management direction.
Conduct research and collect customer/market insights to improve products.
Gather feedback, identify customer needs, and detect product shortcomings during usage.
Support the development and testing of new product features.
2. Product Performance Measurement
Measure business, quality, and customer experience metrics related to the product (CSAT, NPS, CES, revenue, error rate).
Review and evaluate measurement results; classify feedback data.
Support the development of tools/systems to digitize data collection and create visual reports.
3. Product Project/Program Implementation
Coordinate with specialists and other departments to execute product plans in line with SLA and business objectives.
Track progress, collect feedback, and report issues arising during product/service implementation.
Assist in preparing documentation, processes, and progress/result reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in IT, product development, marketing, or related fields.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above.
Product research and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Reporting, planning, and time management skills.
