JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct surveys and assessments to determine the scope and workload required for project implementation.
Participate in preparing and developing capability profiles and bidding documents for service-related tenders.
Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and investors to ensure services are delivered in compliance with commitments.
Identify, approach, and develop potential clients with needs for document arrangement and digitization services.
Introduce and consult on appropriate digitization solutions tailored to each client’s/business’s needs.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
Contribute to developing marketing strategies and promoting services.
Report business performance periodically to the Management Board.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Archival Studies or related fields preferred.
Archival Practice Certificate is an advantage.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above.
Experience
3–5 years of practical experience in the archival field; candidates with experience in real projects are preferred.
Skills
Document appraisal and archival evaluation skills.
Project documentation writing and presentation skills.
Project timeline management and control skills for document arrangement and digitization projects.
Team organization and task allocation skills for digitization projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
