JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Management Specialist for Archival Document Arrangement and Digitization Services is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling the implementation of archival document arrangement and digitization projects, ensuring compliance with professional standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct surveys and assessments to determine the scope and volume of work required for each project.
Develop implementation plans, assign personnel, and monitor and control the progress of archival document arrangement and digitization projects.
Participate in preparing and completing company capability profiles and bidding documents for relevant service packages.
Coordinate with functional departments, partners, and clients to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements and commitments.
Identify, approach, and develop potential customers requiring archival document arrangement and digitization services.
Consult and propose document arrangement and digitization solutions tailored to the needs of each customer/enterprise.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term cooperation.
Participate in developing marketing, communications, and service promotion plans.
Consolidate, analyze, and periodically report business performance and project implementation status to management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Archival Studies, Records and Archives Management, or a related field; candidates holding a professional archival practice certificate are preferred.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above.
Experience
3–5 years of practical experience in the archival field; candidates with experience participating in or managing archival document arrangement and digitization projects are preferred.
Skills
Ability to survey, assess, and evaluate archival documents and records.
Strong skills in preparing, writing, and presenting project documents and reports.
Ability to plan, monitor, and control the progress of archival document arrangement and digitization projects.
Ability to organize, assign, and coordinate personnel/project teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
