Recently, Mr. Vu Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director of Viettel Group, paid a visit and held a working session at Viettel Customer Service. The visit brought a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere to the entire team — a young organization that is steadily establishing its pioneering role in enhancing customer experience.

Acknowledging the “remarkable progress” achieved by Viettel Customer Service despite being established for less than a year, Deputy General Director Vu Tuan Anh highly praised the service-oriented mindset that the unit has been cultivating. He also outlined four strategic directions: accelerating the application of AI in technology solutions, strengthening internal service capabilities across the Group, expanding globally, and seizing golden opportunities to reach new customer segments.
