The visit brought a sense of excitement and strong inspiration to the Viettel Customer Service team — a young unit that is affirming its pioneering position in elevating the customer experience.

Recently, Mr. Vu Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director of Viettel Group, paid a visit and held a working session at Viettel Customer Service. The visit brought a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere to the entire team — a young organization that is steadily establishing its pioneering role in enhancing customer experience.

Acknowledging the “remarkable progress” achieved by Viettel Customer Service despite being established for less than a year, Deputy General Director Vu Tuan Anh highly praised the service-oriented mindset that the unit has been cultivating. He also outlined four strategic directions: accelerating the application of AI in technology solutions, strengthening internal service capabilities across the Group, expanding globally, and seizing golden opportunities to reach new customer segments.

At the end of the session, the Deputy General Director toured the office, engaged in conversations with staff members, and expressed his confidence in the Viettel Customer Service team — individuals who embody the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to go further, accompanying Viettel in creating new milestones on the global customer service landscape.
