SHE SHINES: Celebrating Every Woman’s Unique Light at VCX

In October, Viettel Customer Service (VCX) celebrated Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20 in combination with birthday celebrations for employees born in the month. The event was a meaningful occasion to share warm wishes, express appreciation, and strengthen the spirit of connection and togetherness within the organization.

Under the theme “SHE SHINES,” VCX honored the beauty, strength, and individuality of every woman. During the event, Mr. Truong Quang Viet, Director of VCX, extended his heartfelt wishes to all female employees, encouraging them to remain confident, embrace happiness, continuously develop themselves, and shine in their own unique ways in both their professional and personal lives.

The celebration featured a variety of engaging activities, from fun-filled team games to confident and vibrant catwalk performances. Each activity brought its own distinctive energy, creating a lively atmosphere and memorable moments for participants. Despite the diversity of activities, they all shared a common purpose: fostering team spirit, encouraging mutual support, and building a positive workplace where every individual feels valued, recognized, and empowered to reach their full potential.
