Shining CX Stars is a recognition program honoring outstanding individuals in customer service and sales, including customer service representatives and sales staff who interact directly with customers, provide consultation, and deliver service experiences on a daily basis.

The program is held simultaneously across three regions—North, Central, and South—with locations in Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, marking an important milestone in the first year of Viettel Customer Service’s official launch.
Amid increasingly high expectations for service quality, the customer service team—the Company’s frontline force—has continuously demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility in every customer interaction. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment have directly contributed to enhancing customer experience and strengthening trust in Viettel Customer Service.
As part of the Employee Experience (EX) initiative, Shining CX Stars is implemented to recognize the valuable contributions of frontline employees, thereby fostering employee engagement, pride, and a stronger service culture within Viettel Customer Service.
