Viettel Customer Service officially becomes the first Vietnamese enterprise to win ICXA

Today in London (UK), the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) 2025 ceremony officially took place, bringing together hundreds of leading global enterprises in the customer service and customer experience sector.

The ICXA 2025 Organizing Committee announced the list of award-winning companies on its official website, in which Viettel Customer Service became the first Vietnamese enterprise to be honored with the Silver Award in the “Best Contact Center” category - an award selected by an international panel of experts.

This is the first time a Vietnamese enterprise has been recognized at ICXA, standing alongside global industry leaders such as Teleperformance, Vodafone, Samsung, and others. This achievement marks a significant milestone, reaffirming the position and competitive strength of Vietnamese businesses on the international stage.

By leveraging the combined power of technology, data, and human expertise, Viettel Customer Service is currently maintaining one of the top contact center operations in Southeast Asia, reinforcing the pioneering position of Vietnamese enterprises on the global customer experience map.
