JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for deploying, configuring, and ensuring the stable and continuous operation of application systems in accordance with technical standards.
Manage and maintain complete documentation for installation, configuration, system operations, and incident-handling procedures.
Perform system upgrades, application updates, and periodic maintenance to ensure security and optimal performance.
Participate in system deployment for external clients, coordinate technical tasks, and support during handover.
Train and support lower-level team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), platform applications, and network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, WSUS, LDAP, Group Policy, Mail/Web/FTP/File Server…), with hands-on experience implementing High Availability (HA) solutions.
Proficient in OS optimization, load-balancing solutions for network services; knowledge of storage systems, network infrastructure, and firewalls.
Ability to program or script (PowerShell, Bash, Python…) for automation and efficient system operations.
Experience deploying and administering backup, recovery, data synchronization solutions, and ensuring system availability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in System Administration or similar roles.

Strong skills in log analysis and system monitoring using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
Experience deploying and configuring virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus).
Proficient in configuring and operating network, storage, and firewall systems, as well as addressing system security issues.
Strong technical documentation skills, system thinking ability, teamwork, and cross-functional technical support.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 550+.

Graduates from: Hanoi University of Science and Technology, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, FPT University, etc.
Experience deploying large-scale, multi-tier, or multi-site enterprise systems.
Possession of professional certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, VCP, CompTIA Security+/Linux+, or equivalent.
Experience working in DevOps environments or implementing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
Prior experience with IT operations under ITIL, ISO 27001, or Agile methodology.
