At the meeting, the Viettel Customer Service team shared many perspectives on the unit’s development journey, the changes currently taking place, and the directions ahead. As Viettel Customer Service continues to actively transform to meet new market demands and the expectations of the Group, every idea and every perspective drawn from daily work contributes another piece to the overall picture.

The Board of Management of Viettel Customer Service answers questions from employees

Questions, insights, and even very familiar everyday work stories created an open space for exchange between the Board of Directors and the team. It was not only an opportunity to listen, but also a moment for everyone to reflect on the journey they are on and to think about new and more creative ways to help Viettel Customer Service move further forward.

 

Within this shared conversation, the spirit of collective creativity and the development of the PROSPECT culture were also highlighted as guiding principles for the road ahead—where each individual not only performs their role well, but also proactively contributes ideas, spreads positive energy, and helps build an increasingly professional and connected working environment.
