“Don’t just learn English from textbooks—make it part of your everyday life.”
That was one of the messages shared by Director Truong Quang Viet with VCXers participating in the English Training Program.

And the journey of learning English continued through the experiences shared by VCXers themselves. The Deputy Chief of Office shared how to leverage AI to learn more deeply from mistakes, while VCXers contributed methods they had tried and found effective, such as Dictation, Shadowing, and Active Recall.
Everyone has their own way of learning, but they are all willing to share what works for them so that others can discover new ways to improve.
That is why, through a completely free English training program, employees gain more than just classroom learning. They become part of an environment where learning is encouraged, experiences are shared, and personal growth is supported by both the organization and the people around them.
A great Employee Experience (EX) does not always come from big things. Sometimes, it is simply the feeling of working in a place that wants you to grow and is willing to create the conditions for you to grow faster.

And that value extends beyond VCX.
As English becomes a practical skill, each VCXer gains greater confidence in working with international clients, understanding their needs more accurately, and taking a more proactive role in every interaction.

Seen from this perspective, EX and CX are not two separate stories.
What employees learn, share, and are empowered to develop today will become part of the capabilities they bring to every customer experience tomorrow.
This is also how VCX is preparing for its Go Global journey: not only by reaching toward new markets, but by first ensuring that its people are ready to move forward on that journey together.
