A vibrant series of activities to celebrate the 1st anniversary of Viettel Customer Service

Towards the 1st Anniversary Milestone (March 27, 2025 – March 27, 2026), Viettel Customer Service has been rolling out a diverse series of activities aimed at fostering engagement and strengthening connections among employees across regions.

This March marks the official 1st anniversary of Viettel Customer Service – a milestone representing a year of laying the foundation and building momentum for strong transformations ahead. With the message “One Team – One Year – One Journey,” these engagement activities offer an opportunity for all employees to reflect on the journey so far and recharge for the road ahead.

Sports Tournaments – Spreading the “One Viettel” Spirit

Across regions, various sports activities such as football, pickleball, and table tennis have been organized in alignment with local conditions, attracting enthusiastic participation from a large number of employees. Notably, these tournaments are not limited to specific groups but are expanded to encourage participation from multiple units within the Group, thereby strengthening internal connections and spreading the “One Viettel” spirit.

“Me 1 Year” Contest

This contest provides an opportunity for individuals to share their personal growth stories throughout their journey with Viettel Customer Service. Through a short write-up, employees can reflect on their changes and personal milestones over the past year. The contest runs from March 17 to March 25, with attractive prizes of up to VND 3,000,000.

Frontline Contest: “Reaching Satisfaction Peaks – Driving Revenue Breakthroughs”

Dedicated to customer service staff – those who directly shape customer experiences every day – this contest aims to promote a spirit of positive competition, enhance service quality, and improve business performance. The program runs from March 6 to March 31, with results expected and awards presented before April 15.

VCX Melody – The Soundtrack of a One-Year Journey

This special radio series in March will feature heartfelt wishes and meaningful melodies from departments and employees dedicated to Viettel Customer Service. Each song is not just a gift of encouragement but also a story and a memorable mark of the one-year journey. Employees are encouraged to send their wishes and song dedications to the company, their colleagues, or even themselves.

Exciting Mini Games – Connecting Internally and with Customers

Viettel Customer Service will launch a series of mini games on the internal Facebook platform VCX Corner from March 23 to March 27, encouraging employees to deepen their understanding of Viettel culture, the identity of Viettel Customer Service people, as well as the company’s products, services, and development directions for 2026.

Beyond internal engagement, this vibrant atmosphere will also be extended to customers through interactive mini games such as “Spin & Win” and “Match & Win”, featuring interesting questions about Viettel Customer Service. These activities not only serve as entertainment but also as a way to express appreciation to customers and promote the company’s image in a more engaging and relatable manner.

The CX Night Reverie – The Garden of Youth

A special music night will be held as a heartfelt expression of gratitude to customers – those who have accompanied Viettel Customer Service throughout its meaningful one-year journey. More than just a musical event, “The Garden of Youth” creates an emotional space where melodies convey appreciation and connect hearts that have shared this journey.

Meet-up Series: “One Year – One Team – One Journey”

The highlight of the celebration series is a set of meet-up events held across different regions. These gatherings provide a space for employees to reflect on their journey, connect with colleagues, and look toward new goals. At each event, individuals will leave their personal messages on a wish board, symbolizing their commitment to the next stage of development for Viettel Customer Service.

The 1st anniversary celebration series not only brings vibrant and engaging activities but also serves as an opportunity for every Viettel Customer Service employee to take pride in the journey so far and gear up for breakthroughs ahead.
