Viettel Customer Service and OMT Partner to Advance Records Processing and Document Digitization

Hanoi, June 25, 2026 – Viettel Customer Service, a subsidiary of Viettel Group, has officially signed a partnership agreement with OMT, one of Vietnam's leading organizations specializing in records management, archival services, records processing, and document digitization.

OMT brings extensive expertise in records management and document digitization, supported by a highly experienced team of specialists and a strong reputation for professional training in archival and records management. Viettel Customer Service contributes its strengths in large-scale operations, quality management, standardized processes, and nationwide project delivery.

By combining OMT's deep domain expertise with Viettel Customer Service's operational excellence and technology capabilities, the partnership establishes a strong foundation for delivering end-to-end solutions in records processing, document digitization, and digital data management. More than a collaboration of resources, it represents the integration of specialized knowledge with proven implementation capabilities.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate in four key areas:

  • Developing highly skilled professionals in records management, records processing, and document digitization through comprehensive training programs that combine classroom instruction with hands-on experience in real-world projects across Vietnam.

  • Implementing large-scale records processing and document digitization projects for government ministries, agencies, and local authorities by leveraging OMT's archival expertise alongside Viettel Customer Service's large-scale operational capabilities and technology platforms.

  • Establishing standardized processes, technical standards, and quality assurance frameworks covering every stage of project implementation—from document collection and records processing to digitization and final acceptance—ensuring consistency, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

  • Applying advanced technologies, AI, and digital management platforms to enhance project governance, monitor implementation progress in real time, improve operational transparency, and optimize project quality through data-driven management.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Pham Thanh Van, Deputy Director of Viettel Customer Service, said:

"At Viettel Customer Service, we see digitization as more than converting paper documents into digital files. Our goal is to unlock the long-term value of data assets. Through our partnership with OMT, we will further strengthen our expertise in records processing and document digitization while leveraging Viettel's strengths in technology, quality management, and large-scale operations to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions for our customers."

The partnership creates mutual opportunities for both organizations. OMT will expand practical learning and implementation opportunities for its experts and trainees, while Viettel Customer Service will further enhance its professional capabilities and talent pool in records management and document digitization.

The collaboration also marks another important step in Viettel Customer Service's strategy to expand its service portfolio, contribute more deeply to Vietnam's national digital transformation initiatives, and help build a robust digital data ecosystem for customers.
