As part of the meaningful “500-Day Campaign for the Search, Recovery, and Identification of Fallen Soldiers’ Remains”, alongside other member units of Viettel Group, Viettel Customer Service has been directly coordinating with the Military Broadcasting and Television Center to deploy an information hotline system. The initiative plays an important role in collecting, processing, and connecting information, while joining hands with relevant authorities to fulfill the campaign’s humanitarian mission.

The two official hotline numbers, 1800 8022 and 0965 001 222, have been put into operation as 24/7 channels for receiving information from people both in Vietnam and abroad. The hotline team has undergone comprehensive training to ensure accurate, timely, and effective information reception, documentation, and response. Notably, Viettel Customer Service has also assigned English-speaking agents to support international callers, helping expand the reach of information collection from diverse sources.
