Viettel Customer Service storms into Horecfex 2025 with a range of cutting-edge customer solutions

OmniX, Voice of Customer, CXBot, Loyalty… are innovative technology solutions introduced by Viettel Customer Service at the largest technology and innovation exhibition and forum for the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry, Horecfex Vietnam 2025, held in Da Nang on August 26–27.

At Horecfex Vietnam 2025, which took place on August 26–27 at Ariyana International Convention Center, Da Nang, Viettel Customer Service showcased a range of modern customer service (CS) technology solutions aimed at enhancing user experiences in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors.

These solutions help improve customer experience and service, providing businesses with a sustainable competitive advantage by turning every interaction into practical value for long-term development.

Some of the outstanding solutions presented by Viettel Customer Service at the event include:

Horecfex 2025 was held at Ariyana International Convention Center, Da Nang, featuring 200 exhibition booths and around 3,500 attendees. As the largest technology and innovation forum in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry, the event brought together hundreds of enterprises with leading advanced solutions.

Notably, at 9:00 AM on August 27, Viettel Customer Service will host a workshop for businesses on the topic: “Unified Multi-Channel & Voice of Customer Solutions for the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.” The event provides a practical sharing space, offering tourism and hospitality businesses new insights and breakthrough tools to better understand customers and elevate customer experiences.
